Creative commons

Originals encourages writers and artists to place a Creative Commons license on their work. This license allows creators to declare what rights (if any) they are willing to grant to others to make use of their work.

If no CC license is declared on the work, then the creator retains traditional copyright to their work except for the rights granted to the journal to publish and archive as listed above.

what is creative commons?

Creative Commons is a global non-profit organization that offers free legal tools to help creators share and encourage the reuse of their work.

Applying a Creative Commons license to your work is a serious decision. You give permission to anyone to use your material for the full duration of applicable copyright and similar rights.
